- User Accounts and Registration
- To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- We may assess fees on unpaid balances of up to $5.00 per Week unpaid. This helps us afford to reroute your service requests to other vendors, agents, and also AI models. Unpaid or abandoned fees must be paid before services can continue.
- User Conduct
- By using our services, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use our services to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or any related systems or networks.
- Use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden them.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Wordsmith.Consulting or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.
- AI Generated content is not to be used without permission unless such content was generated under your user account.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information or materials on our services.
- We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Wordsmith.Consulting or its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or these Terms.
- The use of our services are provided AS IS, without warranty, and with no guarantee that our services will result in career performances exceeding normal expectations.
- Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wordsmith.Consulting, its affiliates,subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United States, Tennessee, to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or these Terms.
- Our company believes that the user is responsible at all times, we will resort first to a mediation so that the user is properly informed about generated content. Recall our limitation on liability and know that we do not consider our site services to be able to cause harm, reparable or otherwise.
- Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of our services, at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive, shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
