Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy do not offer returns. If you have used token or chat credit, we cannot refund you in the amount paid. We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange either. In some cases, we offer partial digital currency back in tokens or chat credit, and sometimes we offer a coupon to purchase more tokens at a reduced price. However, we reserve the right to determine that method, or other methods of redress, on a case-by-case basis. We refuse to pay for services, finder fees, bugs, or other artifacts you point out to us in feedback, contact, or otherwise engagement with the site.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our account access fees, paid on a regular schedule, are not returnable. We will work with you, however, if you reach out and contact us before making a review. If you leave a review about using our products, we may not return any part of your order. We offer no refunds for account access, which is used to prepay for ai access at your level, as well as server, hosting, and other costs.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Physical goods: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not contact our vendors or third-party services for a return, they are not associated with our brand other than we are a reseller of their tokens via our accounting measuring system. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, inquire after purchase has settled, if you have a pending transaction, please wait.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
