Our refund and returns policy is such that we do not usually offer returns. If you have used a token we cannot give back any funds. We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.Our account access fees (80% of your costs) are not returnable. We will work with you if you reach out and contact us before making a review. If you leave a review about using our products we may not return any part of your order. We offer returns on a case by case basis.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please do not contact Open AI for a return, they are not associated with our brand other than we are a reseller of their tokens via our accounting measuring system.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, inquire after purchase has settled, if you have a pending transaction please wait.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
